My cancellation Policy is 24 hours notice to required to reschedule with no exceptions including illness. Students are always welcome to switch to online or a phone call if they can't make it in person. I also offer a virtual group make up at least once a year for those who've missed appointments.

Although I do not like to enforce this policy, it's absolutely necessary in order to continue operating out of a brick and mortar space and the financial responsibilities that come with doing so. In conjunction with this responsibility, music instruction (specifically vocal instruction) is physically demanding. As a result, a schedule must be limited per day. This means once a certain amount of students have filled the schedule, it's closed off. This is why financial commitment to the time provided is necessary. Thank you so much for understanding that this is grounds for being a student at VSOM & understand how grateful I am to to work with all of you.
