Lauren is a vocal coach, songwriter and keyboardist. In 2019, her work was nominated for a Grammy in the Best Urban Contemporary Album category as a songwriter/keys/vocals on George Anne Muldrow's "Overload" album. You also might have stumbled on her Tik Tok videos racking up millions of views for doling out free singing advice in 15 seconds or less. She was selected by Tik Tok to be one of their official creators of their Creative Learning Fund in 2020.

​Professionally, Lauren has worked as a singer, songwriter, keyboardist and vocal coach for Columbia, Island/Def Jam, Aftermath, Sony/Epic, Atlantic, Universal Records, Marvel & Jimmy Kimmel Show. Master classes have ranged from teaching at the ASCAP Expo, the DIY Convention in Austin, TX and throughout colleges in China from Beijing to Chengdu. She has he scored a documentary for Marvel Comics which aired on primetime ABC called "From Pulp to Pop" as well as acquiring sync placements on such shows as The Babysitter's Club, Grey's Anatomy, Scream, Shameless, iZombie and Go Pro. Her voice and songs have been licensed to networks and products such as Adidas, Apple & Lifetime including singing/writing or playing synths on tracks for such artists as Purity Ring, and A$AP Ferg, Lonely Island and Nas. Her band has been featured on Spotify's New Music Friday 4 times and as well as garnering over 5 million plays on Spotify and a million plays on soundcloud. They have shared the stage with such bands as Muna, Sofi Tukker, Capitol Cities and the Chainsmokers.

Lauren holds her Bachelors of Music in Voice from NYU and her Masters of Music from USC's Thornton School of Music as well a certificate in Audio Engineering from Musicians Institute. In addition, Lauren is a certified Sound Bath Meditation Facilitator and likes to incorporate sound bath techniques into vocal warm-ups. Her eclectic pedagogic technique is rooted in years of working in several styles in order to keep up with industry demand. Her students have been accepted at LACHSA, UC Irvine, Montclair,Belmont College of Music, USC and the Musicians Institute to name a few. Some artists she has worked with include Scene Queen, Devon Again, King Mala, Zacari, Lil Dicky & Bekon.  Lauren is proficient with Logic & Ableton. She is also currently on the faculty at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA .

Michael is a multi-instrumentalist from Tampa, Florida. He has his BA in Music Technology from the University of North Florida and six years of music teaching experience under his belt. Michael began playing drum set when he was eight, and since then has had a vast array of musical experiences. From playing with classic rock cover bands as an elementary schooler, releasing his self-produced music, opening for Don Toliver with his ska-punk band The Third Estate, and completing an internship at West Hollywood recording studio NightBird Studios. He is most passionate about rock music, inspired by The Foo Fighters, Origami Angel, and Pierce The Veil, among many others. Michael teaches guitar, bass, piano, and music production.
