Cancellations
Private Lessons
All lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 Hours of the lesson start time. After this period, there will be no refunds under any circumstances including illness. All refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation feed.

This policy is important to enforce as with any service based industry (wellness appointments, fitness, haircare etc..) due to the fact that it's impossible to fill this slot within 24 hours and it's important to commit to in order to maintain the vitality of this small business.
Punctuality
Arrive on Time
All lessons begin and end at their scheduled time. The lessons will still end at the scheduled time should you arrive late. This is out of respect to the students who are after you and their time as well. If you'd like you're welcome to call for the first part of your lesson if you're en route!
Group Lessons
No refunds will be offered for group classes.

Students are encouraged to attend online or request recordings of the class if they encounter a last minute conflict for online classes.
