Searching for the Venice School of Music's location?
We are a music school located in the Lincoln Commonwealth center at 122 Lincoln Blvd in Venice, CA. This building is directly across the street from Whole Foods & adjacent to Vista paint store. *Note the Marquee in the photo is no longer on the building. We are conveniently located on the border of Santa Monica and Mar Vista not far from Marina del Rey in west Los Angeles
We are situated on the second floor of the building
To access the second floor, use the stairs located on the Commonwealth Avenue side of the building.
Enter the first door at the top of the stairs
Please remain in the lobby until we come to greet you. In the event you are running late; you may knock.
The second door (marked as such) will be the Venice School of Music.
Parking at Venice School of Music
Even though there is ample space behind our building, please DO NOT PARK there as you risk being towed. There is abundant street parking nearby especially on Commonwealth and Lincoln. Street cleaning occurs on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1-3pm, so I suggest leaving early on these days to allow time to find a spot. Parking will still be available on Lincoln Blvd during this time.
Neighborhood Restaurants around Venice School of Music
Being situated in the center of Venice, VSOM offers numerous choices for grabbing a meal beforehand, enjoying coffee with friends after your lesson, or running a grocery errand while your child is in class. Many of my students travel from all over the city and even drop by while on vacation. Conveniently, the studio is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.
